This package is ideal for babies under 8 weeks. It is ideal for parents who need some initial tips on their baby’s eating and sleeping habits and feel confident implementing those tips given without additional weekly guidance.
- 1.5-2 hour nap implementing session in your home
- Emailed copy of sample schedules/routines for babies for up to 3 months
- One 30 minute follow-up call (to be used within 2 weeks from the initial visit)
Some key components we cover during this session: I will show you how to get your baby to sleep (and back to sleep if they wake 30 minutes later!), we will discuss how to most effectively monitor and maximize your baby’s milk intake during daytime hours (and how to evaluate through breast and/or bottle) in order to optimize longer stretches of nighttime sleep, how to determine whether your baby is hungry, tired or something else, and other key factors in creating good eating and sleeping habits during these early months.
*Please note that each newborn implementing session will look a little different based on individual family needs, timing of consult, and time spent on additional focus areas desired by the family.*
