This package is ideal for babies 4+ months.

Families that benefit from this package feel like they need a little extra hands-on support within the first 24 hours getting through the hardest night, and then feel confident to take over after the first night. Go GOLD and add a full day of nap implementing support to feel truly confident about daytime and nighttime implementing on your own.

Package Includes:

• A 1.5 hour in-home consultation to assess your specific family needs
• Customized written sleep plan
• One Night of implementing support (12 hours)
• Email support for 2 weeks
• Two 30 minute phone calls (must be used during two weeks of support)
• One full day (6 hours) of daytime implementing support. I will arrive slightly before the first nap, and stay through the second nap. During this time I will show you how to implement the plan during nap one, and then guide you through implementing nap two.
